Grapes are selected in the vineyard. Once in our facilities, they are destemmed and stored in vessels for a few hours before the saignée process. Afterwards, the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation continues. Once finished, the wine is clarified, filtered and bottled.
Tasting notes: pale pink color, with mostly floral aromas, of violet and rose. In the mouth it’s elegant and soft, with good acidity, fresh and refreshing.
